Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests I can invite?
We can easily handle over 18 childern.
The package price is for 10 or less childern including the birthday
girl,Any additional childern can be accommodated at a $15 charge each
How do I reserve a party date?
When a party date and time has been selected, a 50%
deposit is necessary to secure your reservation and must be received at time
of booking. At this time, parties may be booked by
telephone or at Butterfly Princess Glamour.
Do you offer favors for guests?
Yes, you can purchase favors and party bags from Butterfly Princess Glamour.
What do I need to supply?
You provide the guest , we provide the rest.

and stress free.You are free to socialize with your adult guests,
and enjoy your child's memorable event.
How far in advance should I book my party?
We suggest booking parties at least 4 - 6 weeks in
advance. However, if you need a last minute date,
please call or email to check availability.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check and major credit cards.
When do you need the final count of guests?
A final headcount is required three (3) business days
prior to the party.
What ages are your parties for?
Parties at Butterfly Princess Glamour are designed for
girls ages 3 and up,
For the younger girls (ages
3 - 6), we suggest the Princess Garden Tea Party,
and Royalty Fashion Show can be customized to fit any age.
The Pajama Spa Party is a great option for tween
girls or ones that have already had a Tea Party/Fashion Show
party.
How long is a party?
Our Tea Party Is 2hrs Long, Royalty Fashion Show is 2 and 30 min
And the Boys Round Table Party Is 2hrs long, Our Pajama Spa Party is our longest
party it is 3 and 30 min(and is usually the last party of the evening).
What happens if the birthday child becomes Ill and
I must cancel?
If the guest of honor becomes ill, we will gladly work
with you to choose an alternate date for your party
based on availability. Your deposit is
non-refundable, however we will apply it to another
party date.
What happens if a guest arrives late?
Our parties are packed with fun and follow a schedule.
Guests who arrive late may join the party at whatever
point the party has progressed to. For example, if
the guests have already completed makeup and hair and
have started games, the late guest will skip makeup
and hair and join in the games.
What Should Party Guests Wear?
You may ask your guests to wear leotards, bodysuits or
bathing suits under their street clothes. These are
preferred. We suggest including a note about this on
the invitation.
Can Other Parents and/or Siblings Stay for the Party?
We encourage family and friends to stay , particularly for the Fashion show.
Games and Activites are restricted to paid Guest. Extra food and refreshments
can be ordered for your adult guest.
What happens if I have to cancel my party?
Once a deposit has been paid, parties may only be
postponed once. We will gladly work with you to find
an alternate party date. If you choose to cancel our
services for ANY reason, your deposit is
non-refundable.
